NEOSEED CORP. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our") is aware of the importance of our customers' privacy protection. We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Act of 1974") and following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "This privacy policy") to manage and protect our customers' privacy.
The Definition of Privacy Information
In this privacy policy, privacy information refers to the privacy information defined by Privacy Act of 1974, such as, any information related to existing individual which is able to identify specific individual including name, date of birth (anything easily collatable with other information to identify specific individual).

Changing the Purpose of Using Personal Information
We have a right to change the purpose of using personal information when a change related to the above purposes is reasonably acknowledged to be necessary.
Limitation for Using Personal Information
We will not use our customers' information without their agreement beyond the limits of achieving the purpose of use, except it is allowed by other laws and regulations.
Acquisition of Personal Information in a Proper Manner
We acquire personal information in a proper and fair manner, and will not acquire them in a fraud/fake manner.
Safety Management of Personal Information
We shall properly supervise our staffs as necessary regarding the risks such as loss, damage, falsifying and leakage, etc. of the individual information in order to secure personal information. In addition, we shall properly supervise as necessary when we commission an outsider to deal with a part of/all of personal information in order to secure personal information.
Offer to a Third Party
We will not offer any personal information to a third party without having allowance from customers other than the cases where it is allowed by Privacy Act of 1974 or other laws and regulations. However, the following cases are not regarded as an offer to a third party defined above. A case where we commission an outsider to deal with a part of/all of personal information to achieve the purpose of use. A case where personal information is offered along with business succession due to a merger or other reason.
Disclosure of Personal Information
When we are asked from customers to disclose personal information according to Privacy Act of 1974, we will disclose personal information without delay to customers after verifying that it is from person oneself. (We will inform if there is no personal information correspond to customers) However, this does not apply when we do not have obligation to disclose personal information according to Privacy Act of 1974 or other laws and regulations. When we are asked from customers to change, add or delete (hereinafter referred to as "changes") according to Privacy Act of 1974, we will examine necessary information within the scope necessary to achieving the purpose of use after verifying that it is from person oneself, and according to that result, we will make changes to personal information and inform the customer. (We will inform the customer if we decide not to make changes to personal information) However, this does not apply when we do not have obligation to make changes to personal information according to Privacy Act of 1974 or other laws and regulations.
Suspension of Using Personal Information
When we are asked from customers to suspend the use of personal information or delete it (hereinafter referred to as "suspensions") according to Privacy Act of 1974, if we find the request is reasonable we will suspend using personal information and inform the customer without delay after verifying that it is from person oneself. However, this does not apply when we do not have obligation for suspensions according to Privacy Act of 1974 or other laws and regulations.
Use of Cookie and Other Technology
We use Cookie and related technology for our service. We use these technology to figure out usage status of our service and improve our service. Any user who wants to disable Cookie may disable Cookie by changing the setting of web browser. However, you may not be able to use a part of our service with Cookie disabled.
